Ingénieur de formation, Manuel a fait partie de l’équipe ayant mis en place le revenue management chez Air France, à la fois côté Yield Management puis côté Pricing & Distribution. Il a ensuite occupé des postes de direction commerciale & marketing pour Air France à l’étranger (Autriche, Chine et Hong-Kong) avant de basculer dans l’hôtellerie de luxe et de rejoindre la Société des Bains de Mer à Monaco. Dans ce cadre, Manuel a piloté la transformation digitale et la mise en place de solutions génératrices de revenus additionnels (outils de cross-selling ; partenariat avec Amex ; solution complète de cartes-cadeaux personnalisables ; solution de paiement Alipay…).
Today, as manager of IMPACT CONSULTANTS in Monaco, he puts his analytical skills and cross-functional knowledge of issues affecting revenue growth at the service of clients.
